Results Update: 2026 FIM EWC Round 2 Spa 8 Hours - Free Practice

FIM EWC Rd.2 スパ8時間耐久が6月5日(金)にベルギー、東部にあるスパ・フランコルシャンで始まった。2時間の予定のフリープラクティスは2度の赤旗のため走行時間は約1時間半で終了。ウエットコンディションの中、トップタイムを記録したのはブリヂストン勢、#1 YART Yamaha Official EWC Team(Yamaha,BS)で1分32秒489だった。

日本時間午後4時(現地時間午前9時、時差－7時間)から2時間の予定で始まったフリープラクティスは、スパウェザーと呼ばれる、雨が降ったり止んだりの特有な天候が続いた。セッション中は終始ウエットの難しい状況で、セーフティーカー1回、赤旗2回、2度目の赤旗でセッションは終了した。

#1 YART(Ya,BS)は27周をこなし、4回のピットストップ、最終ラップで2分32秒489のトップタイムをマーク。
#12 Yoshimura SERT Motul(Suzuki,BS)は、24周を走行、ピットストップ6回、ベストラップは2分33秒790で2番手。
#99 Elf Marc VDS Racing/KM99(Yamaha,BS)は同じく24周を走行、3回ピットストップ、2分34秒251を記録して3番手。

ブリヂストンサポートチーム全7チームがトップ10タイムを記録し、悪天候の中、無事に走行を終えた。今後は日本時間午後8時35分から予選1回目が行なわれる予定。天気予報ではこの後コースはドライに変わる予想もあり、白熱した予選が期待される。

FIM EWC Round 2, the Spa 8 Hours Endurance, began on Friday, June 5 at Spa-Francorchamps in eastern Belgium. The free practice session, scheduled for two hours, wrapped up after about an hour and a half due to two red flags. In wet conditions, the fastest time was set by the Bridgestone-equipped #1 YART Yamaha Official EWC Team (Yamaha, BS) at 1:32.489. The free practice, which started at 4:00 p.m. Japan time (9:00 a.m. local time, time difference −7 hours) and was slated for two hours, saw the characteristic “Spa weather,” with rain coming and going. Conditions remained tricky and wet throughout, with one Safety Car period and two red flags; the session was ended by the second red flag.

#1 YART (Ya, BS) completed 27 laps with four pit stops, setting a session-best 2:32.489 on the final lap.
#12 Yoshimura SERT Motul (Suzuki, BS) ran 24 laps with six pit stops; best lap 2:33.790, second fastest.
#99 Elf Marc VDS Racing/KM99 (Yamaha, BS) also ran 24 laps with three pit stops; 2:34.251, third.

All seven Bridgestone-supported teams recorded top-10 times and completed their running safely despite the poor weather. Qualifying 1 is scheduled to start at 8:35 p.m. Japan time. The forecast suggests the track may turn dry later, and a heated qualifying session is anticipated.
